What data we store
Re-Plan stores your name, username, work schedule, assigned tasks, and task notes to support daily planning for your team. This data is only accessible to authorised staff and your manager.
How it is used
Your data is used solely to coordinate replenishment tasks and deliveries at your store location. It is not shared with third parties.
Retention
When your account is removed, your personal details are anonymised immediately. Location activity logs are retained for 12 months and system audit logs for 6 months for operational accountability, after which they are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can download a copy of your data at any time from your account. For corrections or deletion, contact your manager or administrator.
Security
Your password is stored using industry-standard hashing and is never visible to staff. Audit logs record account actions for accountability.
